Synarcade Audio-Visuals finds innovative ways
to fuse film, music, theatre and interactive technology together to create new cutting-edge forms of performance and immersive work.

Synarcade has created critically-acclaimed work
for the Sydney Opera House, SXSW (US), Stadstheater Arnhem (Netherlands), Melbourne Arts House, Museum Of Modern Art Zagreb (Croatia), New York Hall of Science, Sydney Festival, Burning Man (US), Brisbane Lightspace, Canberra Street Theatre, Union Square Park pavilion (New York), National Centre for Performing Arts (Beijing) and many other venues across the world.

As director of Synarcade and as an artist, technologist, and futurist, Mark Bolotin has been invited as a delegate to the Future Innovators Summit at Ars Electronica (Austria), serves as a current Peer Assessor for the Australia Council, and has showcased his work at TEDxSydney. He holds a Masters of Directing from NIDA (Australia).

Bolotin is also the co-founder of the pioneering New York art-technology company Hyphen Hub and served as its co-director from 2014 to 2017. In recognition for his work, Bolotin was appointed the Arts Hub Co-Director for New York City’s inaugural Creative Tech Week in 2016, a giant city-wide festival that involved over 800 leading tech artists and organisations including MOMA and the Met Museum.
